40mm / 38mm / 1.5" Male BSP Thread
Suitable for connection to 40mm / 38mm / 1.5" female threaded fitting, such as a ball valve. Use thread tape to seal the threaded connection.
Please note since the manufacture of Storz coupling fittings is not regulated, there are now many international companies manufacturing these and unfortunately these fittings vary in quality and compatibility with other fittings. Whilst Aquip will only supply quality fittings, it is possible that if you use Storz coupling fittings supplied by us with Storz coupling fittings from a different manufacturer, there is potential the fittings will not be a perfect match which can occasionally result in minor leakage from the fittings.
